Celebrity Chef Eric Lanlard experiencing Buddha Bar Beach Santa Marina

Earlier this month and while visiting the island of the winds the twice winner of the Continental Patissier of the year at the British Baking  Awards and SPG cravings ambassador Chef Eric Lanlard experienced Buddha Bar Beach finest Pan-Asian delights in Mykonos.

Because the experience of dining shouldn’t be only delicious, but also fun, emotional, and mostly unforgettable, Chef Eric ordered a colorful sushi platter along with Roasted black cod, miso, truffle & yuzu sauce, Thai red curry shrimp’s with lemongrass rice and to end up this delicious dining journey he tried an array of desserts all as delicious as each other, however, his favorite as posted on his personal Instagram account was the chocolate mousse and the super refreshing mango soup with sorbet.

This unforgettable experience at the Buddha Bar Beach gave reasons to Chef Eric to come back for more on the next day and experience new delights this time for lunch on the beach and overlooking the Aegean Sea where he tried Salmon tartare tacos, club sandwich & a zesty quinoa salad with avocado.
